Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis) Green and yellow variegated foliage with a wonderful lemon fragrance. Herbs are great in any garden and this isn't an exception. Lovely looking, wonderful scent oh and yes you can use in cooking. Prefers full sun, or partial shade with a free-draining soil or compost.
