Packaging

Plants are well packaged and travel well. Packaging contains acid free paper and Hay with the plants wrapped in food bags to maintain moisture levels. Please notify us if you have any allergies, where we recommend opening outdoors as it can cause some mess.

Postage

Royal Mail 24 - 1st class.
Our plants and condition they arrive with you is important to us so we do not post on a Friday or over the weekend as postage takes 1 or 2 days to arrive. Plants are posted Monday to Thursday (we aim to post orders received before 1pm Thursday on the same day). Orders received after 1pm on a Thursday will be posted the following Monday. We do not post on a Thursday before a Bank Holiday, this avoids plants being delayed or stored in a postage depot over the weekend.
