As the name suggests the flowers are sky blue on a very neat, compact habit. Salvias are up there with the other border greats like Lupins and Penstemons. Their sheer range and interest alone. I love the blue in the border and this does the job. If protected or sheltered it is likely to survive all but the hardest frosts.
