ROSEMARY 'Severn Seas' is an aromatic herb with a large sprawling habit , it has attractive dark blue flowers.. This herb has mid-blue flowers on dark foliage and is very aromatic with an upright growing habit, it is a good woody herb which can be use as a small hedge.
